We Guarantee Your Job Is Completed On Time!

We project that it will take 15 business day to complete your order after we received your final artwork approval.  You can request an earlier completion date for an extra fee.  When we review your submitted order and confirm your quote we will:

  1. Send you a projected completion date (based on us having received your artwork*)
  2. Send you a projected delivery date based on UPS Standard delivery
  3. Send a JPEG Proof of the artwork provided by you for your final approval (the completion date will change if there is any delay in us receiving your final artwork approval)

* If your artwork is not completed at the time of our quote verifiation, the completion date will be left pending.  After we receive your art work, a projected completion date will be emailed to you.

We guarantee that your order will be completed for delivery or pick up by: (a)  end of the 15th business day (5:00 PM pick-up or 6:00 PM delivery to UPS) after we receive your final artwork approval, or (b) on your Verified Completion Date.  If not, you will receive a 10% discount for every day that the order is delayed up to 50% of the total quote (before taxes).

 **  We do not guarantee UPS's delivery and cannot be held accountable for any delays in completing your order(s) caused by any unforeseen circumstances such as:  (a) fire, flood, earthquake, lightening, storm, hurricane, wash-out, explosion or other casualty or accident, natural disaster or act of God, (b) acts of public enemies, wars, riots, sabotage, blockades or other violence, civil disturbance, strikes or labour or industrial disturbances (including lock-outs), (c) acts, orders, proclamations, legislation, regulations, directives, demands or requirements of any governmental or other public authorities, (d) embargoes, shortages of materials and suppliers, shortages of labour, (e) court order,  and (f) delays caused by any other person or any other causes beyond our reasonable control.
