We Keep It Simple
SiltecDirect.com reserves the right to change prices as needed without notice. All quotes and projected completion dates generated online are estimates until confirmed by us via email. Our commitment to you is to make your order available for delivery by UPS (cut-off 6:00 pm EST) or customer pick-up (cut-off 5:00 pm EST) by the completion date confirmed by us. A confirmed completion date can only be provided to you by email if the following conditions are met:
- Acceptable deposit (50% of final quote) is received by Siltec
- Suitable press ready artwork is received or created by Siltec
- Client has provided final artwork approval (by a specified time) prior to any embellishment being done on garments
Full payment for the order must be received prior to us shipping any goods.
Siltec will allow the client five (5) business days to review the product from time of receipt for any manufacturing defect. You must claim any manufacturing defects within the five (5) business days by email or phone. We will not be responsible for any defects after garments have been worn and/or washed. We will do our best to satisfy our clients, so call or email us with any concerns.
If a manufacturing defect claim is made and we can ascertain prior to the return of the defective product that Siltec is responsible for such defect, we will ship replacements to you at our cost. If fault cannot be determined, it will be your responsibility and cost to return the goods in question to Siltec.
We guarantee that your order will be completed by us to be shipped on or by the confirmed completion date. If we are late and are unable to ship finished goods to you by the confirmed completion date, we will discount your cost by 10% of the final cost (before applicable taxes) per day up to 50% of the final cost (before applicable taxes). However, we will not be responsible for any delay in fulfilling your order by the confirmed completion date that is caused by any unforseen circumstances such as: extraordinary events or circumstances beyond the control of SiltecDirect.com and/or it's agent(s), such as war, strike, riot, crime, act of nature (e.g., flooding, earthquake, volcano), that might prevent SiltecDirect.com and/or it's agent(s) from fulfilling their obligations under this contract to deliver your order as stipulated.
We cannot guarantee timely delivery of your order(s) by UPS. Therefore, Siltec is NOT responsible for late deliveries after UPS has taken possession of the shipped goods on or by the confirmed completion date. We are NOT liable for any intangible, tangible, direct or consequential damages caused by shipping delays.
We also offer the following expedited services at the applicable surcharge:
- Rushed Services: an order may be completed within ten (10) business days after we receive your final artwork approval. The surcharge applicable for Rushed Services is 25% of total confirmed quote before applicable taxes; or
- Urgent Services: an order may be completed within five (5) business days after we receive your final artwork approval. The surcharge applicable for Urgent Services is 40% of total confirmed quote before applicable taxes.
