We constantly upgrade and maintain our equipment and have partnered with the world leader in screen printing technology, M&R Printing Equipment and Sales. As a result, we are constantly at the forefront of screen printing. We have the largest modern fleet of presses in Canada capable of printing over 40,000 impressions per shift. We have, one -18 colour Challenger Series II, two -16 colour Challenger Series II, one -14 colour Challenger Series II and one - 8 colour Gauntlet Series II. Our screens are coated with an automated coater rather than manually. This ensures and maintains consistent stencil thinkness. We carry and utilize three inking mixing systems to ensure that we carry a range of specialty inks. We produce our film on a proper film imagesetter to deliver the best possible stencils. To finish your order, we have an automated Amscomatic folder and bagger that is capable of folding and bagging 1000 shirts per hour.
