How does McDonald's serve billions? 

SiltecDirect.com has the newest fleet of printing presses, embroidery machines and supplemental equipment.  This ensures superior quality and minimal down time.  We also have a custom software program to automate our manufacturing processes. This helps better track orders, production, billing and shipping.  Most importantly, we rely on highly qualified staff to process your orders and fulfill any special requests and we rely on experienced technicians to produce quality products.

How it works for you:

1. Pick a garment from our list of trusted suppliers
2. Specify your graphic and type of embellishment or have us design something for you
3. Specify the quantities and sizes that you require
4. Receive email confirmation of price and detailed quote from our system followed by an email of actual confirmation from us (the "Final Quote")
5. Approve the Final Quote by replying to it via email and provide a method of payment and initial deposit (50% of total cost)
6. Receive a mock-up of your artwork for your final approval (the "Final Artwork Approval")
7. After we receive the Final Artwork Approval, we have 15 business days to complete your order
8. On completion, you will receive an email to confirm shipping information and to request for final payment (please note that an order will not be shipped until it has been paid in full)
